How Do Our Rental Agreements Work?

Our rental process is actually pretty simple.

  1. Join our Renter’s List and we will send you local rental homes as they become available via email.
  2. If you like a home and want to apply, just click on the green button marked “GO to Application”. Once you complete the application and we have received it, we will send you a follow up email containing the next steps in the rental process
  3. Once we have your income verification, credit report, and have verified all references and previous rental history we will make a decision to offer the home.
  4. If you have been approved for the home, deposits will be collected and we will sign a lease. Currently our lease is for one year at a time and does require a new lease to be signed to continue. Once you have rented the home for One Year and have secured financing for the home through a mortgage specialist, you will have the option to purchase the home.

Fullfill your lease and stay for 2 years. Keep good care of the property and we’ll sell you the home at fair market price. We won’t inflate rents, or ask for large deposits. Its that easy. And if you decide you can’t or don’t want to buy the home?  You can still stay and rent. We will never sell a home from underneath you…We treat our Tenants as Great as they treat us. We just want you to love your home!

THERE IS NO OBLIGATION to purchase the home. When you comply to the terms of your lease, you can stay forever and BUY of continue to Rent! You choose.

 

We do allow pets in our rental homes. There is a maximum of three pets allowed. We currently do not have any weight or breed restrictions but we do ask that no aggressive animals be in the home. Dogs must be over 1 year old and cats must be fixed. Pet fees do apply.
